Implementation Manager

Objective: Manage the end-to-end implementation of the Credit process, ensuring effective coordination across cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver successful, timely, and high-quality implementations aligned with client requirements and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

End-to-End Implementation Management

* Lead and oversee the full implementation lifecycle of credit/lending programs, from initial requirements and solution definition through integration, testing, launch, and post-production stabilization.

*Define implementation approach, dependencies, deliverables, and readiness criteria in coordination with the relevant teams.

* Ensure that implementation activities are aligned with client requirements, business objectives, technical standards, and agreed timelines.

* Monitor overall implementation progress and proactively identify and address risks, dependencies, and potential delays.

* Establish and lead daily and weekly meetings with clients, banks, vendors, payment networks, and internal teams as required.

* Communicate implementation status, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and upcoming activities to relevant stakeholders.

Business Requirements & Parameters

* Develop a strong understanding of the credit / lending programs, business processes, products, and requirements.

* Guide internal teams in understanding and translating business requirements into appropriate business parameters and system configurations.

* Review and validate program parameters, business rules, product configurations, and transaction requirements.

* Identify gaps, dependencies, and potential business or technical impacts and coordinate appropriate resolution with the relevant teams.

* Ensure alignment between business requirements, system capabilities, configurations, and expected outcomes.

Technical Implementation

* Lead and coordinate the technical aspects of the implementation, ensuring that all required components, integrations, configurations, environments, and dependencies are properly addressed.

* Ensure effective knowledge transfer and alignment between implementation and operational teams.

* Work closely with technical teams to define and validate integration requirements, interfaces, data flows, connectivity, and system configurations.

* Ensure that technical implementation activities comply with established architecture, security, operational, and quality standards.

* Support technical decision-making and provide guidance when implementation issues require cross-functional resolution.

* Establish clear ownership, responsibilities, dependencies, and communication channels across participating teams.

* Coordinate technical discussions and issue resolution between clients, banks, networks, and internal teams.

Continuous Improvement

* Establish and maintain implementation standards, best practices, and repeatable processes for credit and lending program deployments.

* Identify opportunities to improve implementation efficiency, quality, scalability, and time-to-market.

* Conduct post-implementation reviews and incorporate lessons learned into future implementations.




Minimum requirements

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering.

Equivalent practical experience may be considered.

Experience:

* Minimum 5 years of working experience in Implementations in Fintech/Credit Card/Lending system.

Mandatory Knowledges:

* Exposure to Credit Card industry

* Executive Reports/Summaries

* Escalation Process

* Tracking SLAs

* Networking

* Advanced level of English (written and spoken)

Desirable Knowledges:

* Communication face to the clients.
