UAT Manager

Objective: Lead the end-to-end UAT and functional validation of credit card programs, ensuring that business requirements and program parameters are accurately mapped, configured, and validated in test and production environments.

Coordinate training and validation activities with internal teams and clients, ensuring users are properly prepared, test scenarios are effectively executed, and identified issues are documented, resolved, and validated prior to production deployment.

Responsibilities:

Program & Business Analysis

* Review and analyze client programs, offers, campaigns, and business requirements to understand their functional and operational impact on the platform.

* Analyze business parameters, rules, configurations, and expected transaction behavior to ensure alignment with client requirements.

* Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and potential impacts between business requirements and system capabilities, and coordinate their resolution with the appropriate teams.

* Translate business requirements into functional scenarios and validation criteria for testing.

UAT Planning & Coordination

* Define, review, and maintain UAT test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria based on approved business requirements.

* Ensure UAT coverage adequately addresses program functionality, business rules, transaction flows, offers, campaigns, alerts, notifications, and reporting requirements.

* Coordinate UAT activities with internal QA teams, Implementation, Product, Development, and other relevant stakeholders.

* Monitor UAT progress, identify blockers, and ensure testing activities are completed according to project timelines.

* Review and validate test results and ensure that identified issues are appropriately documented, prioritized, and resolved before launch.

* Identify and track functional issues and discrepancies identified during UAT and coordinate their resolution with the appropriate teams.

* Coordinate with SRE team the monitoring and alerting of the environments.

Client & Launch Coordination

* Work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate launch and go-live activities with client teams, internal teams, and other external stakeholders.

* Provide functional and UAT readiness status, highlighting outstanding issues, risks, dependencies, and required actions prior to launch.

* Support client and stakeholder meetings related to UAT, program validation, readiness, and launch activities.

* Coordinate final functional validation and acceptance activities prior to production deployment.

* Support production validation and post-launch activities to ensure that programs operate according to approved business requirements.

Continuous Improvement

* Analyze and document recurring errors and implementation problems to identify opportunities for process and product improvement.

* Maintain accurate documentation of business requirements, test plans, test results, issues, approvals, and UAT sign-off.

* Develop and maintain UAT best practices, templates, checklists, and test standards to improve the quality and efficiency of future implementations.


Minimum requirements

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering.

Equivalent practical experience may be considered.

Experience:

* Minimum 7 years of working experience in UAT/QA testing in Fintech/Credit Card/Lending system.

* Experience working with clients.

* Proven experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional test scenarios, test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria.

Mandatory Knowledges:

* Exposure to Credit Card industry.

* Create and manage Test Plans/Use cases.

* Establish Validation process in Test and production.

* Credit card lifecycle.

* Transaction processing.

* Payment networks.

* Payment transaction flows.

Advanced level of English (written and spoken)

Desirable Knowledges:

* Fees, limits and business rules.

* Offers and campaigns.
